Owner/Nurse Practitioner/Aesthetic Provider

Dr. Jennifer Armstrong has her doctorate in Nursing Practice and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She has over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience.  Her background includes emergency medicine, medical-surgical care, primary care and currently, Hematology/Oncology.  This provides her a strong clinical foundation and comprehensive approach to patient care. Dr. Jen has advanced training and multiple certifications in facial aesthetics, specializing in cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as a variety of skin rejuvenation treatments. She also offers expertise in IV therapy, weight management, hormone replacement therapy and peptide- based wellness treatments. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to natural-looking results, Dr. Jen takes a personalized, results driven approach to help patients enhance their appearance while supporting overall health and wellness. She is passionate about helping others look and feel their best at every stage of life. 

Owner/Licensed Massage Therapist/Licensed Esthetician

Sandy Herzog is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician with experience working in a variety of wellness and spa environments, including chiropractic offices, medical offices, in-home care, and resort spas. She studied and later taught massage therapy at the Mind Body Institute, bringing both hands-on expertise and a strong educational foundation to her work. Sandy specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and is known for creating treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. In addition to massage therapy, she is licensed in esthetics and a licensed nail technician, allowing her to provide a comprehensive wellness experience. She lives in Northern Michigan with her husband and their two sons.

Owner/Registered Nurse/Aesthetic Provider

Beth Smith is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience in the ER, ICU, infusion center, and home infusions within local hospital systems. She is currently certified as a cosmetic injector for Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, PRP, PDO threads for hair restoration, and comprehensive facial aesthetic treatments. Beth's reassuring presence, along with her extensive knowledge of aesthetic treatments suitable for your skin type, will leave you feeling confident and radiant as you explore your skincare solutions. A lifelong resident of Northern Michigan, she lives on a farm with her husband, dog, and many chickens. Beth is also a horse enthusiast and has owned horses for as long as she has been a nurse.

With more than 28 years of medical experience in both primary care and emergency medicine, Dr. Smith brings extensive clinical expertise to the practice. He graduated with honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine and has built a distinguished career focused on clinical excellence, private practice leadership, and patient-centered care. Dr. Smith provides medical oversight for all aesthetic treatments performed by Elizabeth Smith, RN. His knowledge of dermatologic health and skin physiology ensures that services—from injectables to advanced skin rejuvenation—are performed with a strong focus on safety, proper diagnosis, and evidence-based techniques. Currently practicing as an Emergency Room physician in the Mackinac Straits region, Dr. Smith brings a high level of clinical judgment, risk management, and attention to detail to the practice. Together, Dr. Smith and Elizabeth Smith, RN uphold the highest standards in aesthetic medicine, offering patients treatments that are both results-driven and medically sound.

Dr. Daniel Mann providing medical oversight and guidance to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. Dr. Mann completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine.  He completed his residency training in Duluth, Minnesota.  With more than 25 years of experience practicing primary care and emergency medicine in Northern Michigan, he brings extensive clinical expertise and a longstanding commitment to patient centered care.
